Refund Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Subscriptions are prepaid per cycle. We want refund rules to be as clear as your usage: what is refundable, how to ask, and how long it takes — all below.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel any time in the console. Cancellation takes effect immediately: no further charges, the service runs to the end of the paid period, and nothing renews after that.
A service period that has started is not refunded pro rata, and cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund. The prorated charge from an upgrade counts toward the new cycle and is not separately refundable.
When you can request a refund
- Cooling-off period: within 7 days of your first purchase, with usage under 5% of the plan quota, you can request a full refund. Each account gets one cooling-off period;
- Renewal mistakes: within 7 days of an automatic renewal charge, with usage under 5% of the new cycle's quota, you can request a refund of that cycle;
- Charges in error: duplicate charges, wrong amounts, or charges clearly not yours are refunded in full once verified;
- Service outages: if the service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours for reasons on our side, you can request a pro-rata refund for the remaining period or an equivalent extension.
What is not refundable
- Subscription fees outside the cooling-off period, or with usage already past the applicable threshold;
- Paid usage resets (one-time purchases) once applied;
- Accounts banned for violating the Terms of Service;
- Service time already consumed on a cancelled subscription (pro-rata refund requests).
How to request a refund
Email support@xbond.net or open a ticket in the console with your order number (find it on the Orders page) and the reason for the request. We will reply with the outcome within 5 business days, and will check back with you first if we need more details.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back the way you paid and are processed by Stripe. Once approved, they usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
