Terms of Service

Last updated: October 6, 2026

Welcome to XBond. These terms form the agreement between you and XBond for the use of our service. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

The service

XBond is a subscription-based network connection service. After subscribing you receive an encrypted subscription link; paste it into the proxy app of your choice and you are connected. The service runs on the exit network we operate, with several regions to choose from, and usage is metered per minute and reported as measured in the console.

The service is provided per account and intended for individuals. You may not resell or commercially provide the service to others without our written consent (the official reseller program excepted).

Account and security

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe:

  • Register with a real, working email address and verify it promptly;
  • Keep your password, access credentials, and subscription link private, and do not share them;
  • Credentials can be reset any time in the console, and old ones stop working immediately. If something looks off, reset and contact us;
  • Minors under 16 (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) should use the service only with a guardian's consent and guidance.

Subscriptions, billing, and renewal

Subscriptions are prepaid per cycle — monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Plans, quotas, and prices are shown live in the console. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (Stripe); we never see your card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle. You can cancel any time in the console: the service keeps running until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. If prices change, active subscriptions keep their current price for the remainder of the paid period.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable law. You may not use it for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to infringing the rights of others, sending spam, launching network attacks, distributing malware, or helping others evade obligations that are due to them.

Do not abuse the service: no activity that endangers the stability or security of our infrastructure, and no use beyond the speed and device limits of your plan.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the service available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted: maintenance, failures, and upstream network changes all have their effects. For major incidents or changes we will notify you by email or a console announcement.

Features may change as the service evolves. For significant adverse changes we give advance notice, and you may cancel before the current period ends.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, XBond is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Our aggregate liability is capped at the total fees you actually paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

How and why you use the service is up to you, and so is the responsibility for it; make sure your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Updates are published on this page with a new 'last updated' date; for material changes we will also notify you by email. Continuing to use the service after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not, you may stop using the service and cancel your subscription.
